CNC program intelligence

Review CNC programs with evidence, not guesswork.

A five-stage workspace for your company's programs: upload, limited analysis, line-by-line review, honest verification status, and human-approved revisions — all private to your company.
The five stages

From uploaded file to approved revision.

Stage 1

Upload

Authorized team members upload text program files (.nc, .txt, .cnc, .eia, .gcode, .tap) and link them to the exact registered machine, builder and controller in your workspace.

Stage 2

Analyze

Deterministic checks inspect numeric words and program structure, and Ava reviews the program against your machine's recorded documents and components. Findings cite their evidence.

Stage 3

Review

Findings are shown by program line with the issue, its potential consequence and a suggested review action — separated into errors, risks and recommendations.

Stage 4

Verify

Every report states exactly what was checked and what was not. Controller-specific simulation and verification software is a planned integration and is not connected; nothing is claimed as simulated or controller-verified.

Stage 5

Improve

Ava and your team propose line changes. Originals stay immutable, every revision is preserved, and a revised program downloads only after a recorded human approval. Programs are never transmitted to a machine.

Private by design

Saved program library

Originals, analysis reports, revisions and approval records are stored per company and machine. No other company can see your programs.

What it is not

Clear limits, stated up front.

Not machine execution

Reviewed programs are never sent to or run on physical CNC equipment.

Not simulation

No toolpath simulation or collision checking is performed today; the verify stage says so on every report.

Not a substitute for a machinist

Qualified human review is required. Repeated software checks do not prove a program is safe to run.

GIVE YOUR MACHINES THE INTELLIGENCE THEY DESERVE.
